Data we collect is stored on cloud-based servers according to the cloud host’s privacy policies, which use commercially reasonable standards for maintaining and securing the data, including but not limited to data encryption. Access to any personal information is through password-protected accounts by employees and certain contractors we work with in providing our services. Any contractors we work with are contractually bound to adhere to this Privacy Policy, to keep your personal information as safe as we keep it and to only use the personal information for the limited purpose of providing the contracted services to us.
We do not process credit card payments. These services are all provided by third party vendors as discussed above. In some cases, your information is provided to these vendors solely for the purpose of processing payment for services. All vendors only use your personal information for performing their service functions and are prohibited from using it for other purposes.
