The Talkington College of Visual and Performing Arts is the beating heart of Texas Tech University. Tasked with designing recruiting materials that would showcase Talkington’s close-knit, creative community and introduce Lubbock as an arts mecca, we developed the tagline “Vastly different”— a reference to the expansive opportunity that awaits, to the Texas-sized talent and ambition of Talkington’s students, and of course to the vast open spaces of west Texas. The Viewbook provides a vibrant visual overview of the College’s philosophy; pairing it with a brochure detailing the prospect’s intended area of study creates a personalized package.
