Piper Olsen - Landesberg Design

Piper comes to Landesberg Design from Actual Size, where she worked on print and web projects for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh, and numerous advocacy groups. She holds a BFA in Graphic & Interactive Design from Edinboro University.

Piper’s strengths are in environmental design — including large, printed wall and window graphics — illustrative projects, and web design. Her work has been recognized by AIGA, UCDA, and the Public Relations Society of America.

Object deserving admiration . . .

I learned recently that the layout of the QWERTY keyboard is mostly arbitrary with the exception that all of the letters for the word “typewriter” can be found in the first line of keys. That little fact by in itself makes it one of my favorites.
