Michael’s strengths are brand identity design, editorial design and strategy, and illustration. Since joining the firm in 2014, he has produced award-winning work for clients including Kenyon College, Valparaiso University, University of Pittsburgh, Tulane University, Wheeling Symphony Orchestra, City Theatre, and more. His redesign of Phillips Academy’s Andover magazine was a finalist for the prestigious Robert Sibley Magazine of the Year Award. Prior to Landesberg, he co-founded Artman Purdy Studios to design, produce, and publish Rustbelt Almanac, an artful quarterly magazine celebrating small business owners, social activists, and community-driven initiatives in the Great Lakes Region.
Michael is also an adjunct design instructor, and past education director for AIGA Pittsburgh.
